Case study - Web content for Grant Brothers

We were approached by Grant Brothers, a Canadian automotive sales agency, to develop fresh website content for their upcoming rebranding event, coinciding with their 75th anniversary. This case study focuses on our work for them.

The development of the web content for our client, Grant Brothers Ltd, an automotive sales agency.

The challenge

Established almost a century ago by twin brothers who fought in World War II and promised to go into business together if they survived, Grant Brothers Sales has been one of Canada's leading manufacturers' sales agencies since 1945.

The family-run business has always been a pioneer in the automotive aftermarket, and three generations on, they continue to take a strategic, tech-led approach to propel companies to achieve more significant sales and unstoppable growth.

They wanted Contese Agency to scribe eloquent website content that reflected the company's status as ambassadors for their manufacturing partners, honouring their heritage but with a progressive focus on transforming how people do business in Canada.

The proposal

By interviewing senior staff and conducting extensive research into Canada's automotive market, we would gain insight into the best way to communicate the Grant Brothers' services to their target market. We would also research trending industry-related keywords used by customers and competitors.

The result

The Grant Brothers enjoy being among the top-three ranking websites in online searches for 'sales agency Canada'. Website visitors a greeted with concise descriptions of the four primary services and quickly understand the value of the professional services and expertise provided by the agency.

The About page is especially attractive and persuasive in its authenticity, introducing the faces of the family business and reinforcing their work ethic, fostering trust.
